Community Relations (CR)

Our community relations team helps the client to understand, analyze, and select the best possible management options to restore and or improve their relationships with local people and other key stakeholders. It is normally conducted in conjunction with a Rapid Social Assessment (RSA) as an integral part of a broader security and business continuity plan.

Community Development (CD)

The CD program is developed utilising the Participatory Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation (PAME) model. The model is produced in conjuction with the stakeholder during strategic design and planning sessions.

Labor Relations (LR)

A successful business in Indonesia must understand the nature, dynamic and problems of labor related issues across the broad perspective of business operations. Key data and information is collected on your behalf by in-depth interviews, focus group discussions with unions, their leaders and other stakeholders to identify the pertinent issues and develop strategies for resolution.

The above services will be conducted in collaboration with Laboratory of Sociology, Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia.
