Security Design Brief

Following a risk assessment, AGI can design a security system that will address all your current needs and that will allow you to cater for future requirements without major upgrades or system replacement issues.

Our service provides you with a totally independent approach not limited by the security system supplier’s house rules or other limiting factors. We design a system to work for you, not an off-the-shelf system that you have to adapt to.

Tender Management Process

AGI assists in tender publication, selection process of qualified bidders, and provide a technical assessment of the bidders final submissions and compliance with the system specifications.

All Bids are independently assessed and where necessary equalized to ensure that they can be evaluated on an "apple-for-apples" basis.

Associated influences such as parts replacement, system maintenance costs and their long term impact are also considered and assessed as well as cost benefit analysis.

Contract Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management

The AGI QA program will ensure that the system to be implemented complies fully with the original design specification and that all equipment used and all system infrastructure is compatible and meets customer expectations.

Our Project Management process ensures that the supplier(s) maintain their project timelines, liaise with the principal and other parties, address issues arising from the project implementation.
